Breakfast is the meal that you eat in the morning. This food is important for our life as it keeps you fit for the whole day.

People call breakfast many things and like to eat goodies like bread, eggs, bacon, and fruit. Some people also like to drink coffee, tea, pastries, or juice.

You and I only say that breakfast is a good meal. Because it helps to keep you awake throughout the day and gives you energy. It also helps in increasing your concentration and helps in keeping you healthy. There are Four types of Breakfast Meals.

    Nuts – You’ll want some almonds, walnuts or pecans)

    This is optional flavoring—you may need some cinnamon, vanilla extract, or cocoa powder)

  2. Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Prepare dry ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and whatever else you like, then mix them all together. Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  4. Sweetener: Combine all ingredients (honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar) in a small saucepan over low heat and heat until thin and runny. This will make it easier to coat the dry ingredients.

2. Pancakes and Waffles

2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter or you can use vegetable oil
Use butter pan so that the pan remains greasy.

Heat the cooking surface:
