Gobi Manchurian Calories

Gobi Manchurian Calories

Ingredients for boiling:-

  • water 4 cups
  • salt ½ tsp
  • 20 florets gobi / cauliflower
  • cold water 1 cup

For Batter:-

  • Maida/plain flour ¾ cup
  • Corn flour¼ cup
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste½ tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • ½ cup water
  • Oil

For Manchurian Sauce:-

  • oil 4 tsp
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli
  • ¼ onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup spring onions
  • Cube size capsicum ½
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp

For cornflour batter:-

  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • ¼ cup water

Gobi Manchurian Calories Instruction-

  • First of all, put 4 cups of water in a big utensil. Now add ½ teaspoon salt in that water and boil that water.
  • When the water boils well, then put the cauliflower in that boiling water. Remember, before boiling, clean and wash the cauliflower thoroughly.
  • The cabbage has to be boiled and that too for 2 more minutes to blanch it. Remember not to over cook the cabbage.
  • Remove the boiled water from the cabbage.
  • After that, prepare the batter well by taking ¼ cup corn flour and ¾ cup flour.
  • After that add (½ tsp chili powder), (½ tsp ginger garlic paste) and (¼ tsp salt) and mix well.

  • Add water, that too ½ cup, then mix it well, taking care that there should not be any lump in it.
  • After that now you have to take the blanched cauliflower and then dip it completely in the batter.
  • After that now you have to deep fry it in hot oil.
  • You have to keep watching and stirring so that it gets cooked properly and until it turns golden brown in color.
  • You have to do this for the last time. Now you have to remove excess oil and put it on paper. Now Gobi Manchurian is ready.
