  • 2 spoon gram flour
  • 2 pinches saffron orange food color
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

After that, put at least 150 grams of flour in this vessel, then add 2 ½ tablespoons of gram flour, and 2 pinches of baking soda so that the jalebi swells easily. Now you have to add 1 pinch of orange color so that the color of Jalebi looks orange.
  • Now after that add water again. Remember, do not exceed the amount of water. Add water little by little and make a nice thick batter.
  • Now keep mixing the Jalebi batter well. Keep meeting him well. Mix so much that there are no lumps left in the batter. When there are no lumps left in the solution, stir for 5 more minutes.
  • Keep the Jalebi batter for some time. That means you should keep the solution for making Jalebi for 1 to 2 hours. But take care that the solution does not get spoiled.
  • After 1-2 hours have passed, you have to look at the solution and if small bubbles are seen on top, then understand that your solution is ready.
  • When the jalebi batter is ready, take an empty tomato sauce bottle, pour the batter into it, and fill it.

  • Due to adding milk, black foam will be seen on the syrup. Then you have to take a big spoon and gently take out that foam. This foam appears because there are some dark impurities in the sugar which is removed by milk.
  • Now cook the syrup until a string is formed in the syrup.
  • When a string starts forming then understand that the syrup is ready. Now turn off the flame. Keep the syrup in a pan so that the jalebi can be poured into the syrup as soon as it is fried.

Now Fried Jalebi-

  • First of all, take a flat pan, jalebi is to be made in it. Now after that keep the pan on flame and add oil along with it.
  • If the oil became hot, the jalebi mixture was poured into the sauce bottle. So pour it into the pan while rotating so that the jalebi becomes round. Keep in mind that fry the jalebi on low flame.
  • Jalebi cooks well on low medium flame. If Jalebi is cooked on one side, then turn it over and cook on the other side.
  • When the jalebi gets cooked from the other side, then take out the fried jalebi with the help of tongs and put it in the syrup.
