  • 500 gram 500 grams mutton and 3 potatoes (cut into pieces)

  • 1-1 tbsp jeera, chironji, magaj, poppy seeds, ginger paste, and garlic paste
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 piece of coconut
  • Green masala paste
  • 1 tbsp mint
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 1 tbsp lukewarm milk
  • 5 green cardamom
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 3 onions
  • Salt as per taste
  • Half tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup thick curd
  • oil as required

Hyderabadi Mutton Korma Instructions-

  • First of all, take a pan and heat 2 tablespoons of oil in it, after that put the potatoes in the pan, stir the potatoes and fry them until they turn golden, check carefully whether they are fried or not, then keep them aside. .
  • Now take a pan, add Shahjeera, Magaj, Chironji, poppy seeds and coconut in that pan and fry it well without oil.
  • After that let it cool down and then add water and grind it to make a paste.
  • After that, take a pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil and heat it, then add cinnamon, after that add all the other ingredients, cloves and cardamom and then fry.
  • Now after that add onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry it well till it turns golden. After that add mutton and fry it on high flame for about 5 minutes.
  • Now add (red chilli powder), (salt and turmeric powder) in low flame and fry well for 3-4 minutes. Now add curd and cook well for 5 more minutes.
  • Now make a paste of Shahjeera-Magaz and fry till the oil leaves the pan. Now add 2 cups of water and then cook the mutton till it gets cooked.
  • Now add green masala paste and then add fried potatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Now add saffron solution and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  • Now finally serve hot with steamed rice or roti and start eating with pleasure.
