This jalebi is made from khoya to which flour is added and mixed. This Jalebi is so delicious that one feels like eating it again and again. You can make this Khoya Jalebi at home in an easy way. Ingredients required to make Khoya Jalebi:-

  • 200 grams Mawa
  • Oil for fry jalebi
  • 1/4 Cup Milk – ¼ cup
  • Water
  • 2 Green cardamom
  • 300 grams Sugar
  • 50 grams Flour


make Mawa Jalebi:-

  • First of all, take a bowl to make Jalebi, then take flour in it and then add water as required and then make a nice smooth batter.
  • Now after that take khoya, break it into small pieces and put it in the mixer and grind it. After that add ¼ cup milk in the jar and mix again.
  • After that, take the khoya, then put the khoya in the pan in which the flour mixture was made and mix it. When it is mixed well, cover it and keep it aside.
  • Now take a vessel, pour water in it turn on the gas, and then add sugar. Then add 1-2 cardamoms to it.
  • Then heat it well and pour the milk so that whatever waste is there in the sugar will come up in the form of foam and then take it out with a ladle.
  • After that, you can now take a sauce bottle or cone-safe polythene. You will get it very easily in the market.
  • If you have bought a polythene cone, then you just have to put the mixture of khoya and flour in it. Then fold the polythene over it and apply rubber on top. And then cut the last point of the cone
  • Now take a big flat pan, then add oil and then turn on the gas. Then let the oil heat up to medium flame.
  • When the oil gets hot, put the mixture filled in the cone in a circular motion in the shape of a jalebi and when the jalebi is cooked from one side, cook it from the other side and cook till it turns brown. Keep in mind that jalebi has to be cooked on low flame.
  • Now finally when the Jalebi is cooked put the Jalebi in sugar syrup for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes take it out and eat it.
