Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tamato
  • 1/2 tbsp tarmiric powder ,Coriander powder

  • To make an omelet, first of all, you have to take a big bowl.
  • You have to break those eggs and put them in the bowl. After that, you should put the peels in the dustbin.
  • Now after that add these ingredients to the eggs like finely chopped onions, chopped green chillies, diced tomatoes, turmeric powder-coriander powder and salt and beat them well, this will make the spices well missed.
  • After this, now you take a nonstick pan. Now turn on the gas and put 5 teaspoons of oil in the pan.
  • When the oil becomes hot, put the mixer made with the omelet in the pan. Now slow down the gas completely and cook for 2-3 minutes from one side.
  • After cooking from one side, now you turn it over so that it cooks well from the other side as well, keep in mind that the omelette does not remain raw.
