Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Tamato
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1 cup Pea
  • chopped coriander

Instructions
 

  • To make Maggi, first cut the potatoes into small pieces. After this, wash and cut green chilies, onions, and tomatoes in the same way.
  • Then peel and wash the peas.
  • – Now we will take a pan to make Maggi. Will keep it on low flame and then add oil. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds to it.
  • Now immediately after adding cumin, add peas and cover the pan.
  • Only after this add potatoes to it and cook while stirring with a big spoon till it becomes light brown.
  • When potatoes and peas are cooked, add onion and tomato and mix. – After this add salt and mix.
  • Now add one spoon turmeric powder, redchili powder, coriander powder and also add Maggi masala, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  • Now add 1 glass of water to it and also add Maggi.
  • Now cook Maggi until it becomes soft and absorbs water.
  • Now add chopped coriander leaves and mix. Now our Maggi is ready, now we can pour sauce over it and eat it.
